Chief Executive Officer, Hanwha Phasor Director-Strategy Division, Hanwha Aerospace
Over 22 years of experience in Aerospace & Defense sector. Held various R&D positions at Doosan DST(currently Hanwha Aerospace) spearheading key development programs such as K21 Infantry Fighting Vehicles. His expertise extends beyond R&D, which is highlighted by his various roles in strategy & planning within Hanwha.
Dominic Philpott
Chief Operating Officer
Over 23 years of experience delivering complex RF and electro-optical systems to market, holding VP positions in Operations, Procurement and Industrial Engineering. Led multi-site and multinational organisations at Leonardo after commercial roles at global logistics concern, Celestica.
Yee Hong Tan
Senior Vice President, Engineering
Over 20 years of experience delivering mobile satellite terminal development projects in L-, S- and K-bands, covering land, maritime and aero markets. Held various positions at Inmarsat as a Senior Systems Engineer, Senior Engineering Manager, Director of Satellite User Terminal Enablers Engineer, and various positions at Hanwha Phasor such as Vice President of Product Development, and Vice President of Engineering.
Merv Haynes
Vice President ASIC Engineering
Over 33 years of experience in Electronics Engineering specialising in RF and Microwave module design, with 25+ years focused on custom MMIC chip design using leading semiconductor technologies, for EW and radar applications. Has held multiple leadership roles at Leonardo covering site, UK and transnational levels – ranging from Technology leadership for internal applied research programmes, to Head of UK electronics engineering function.
Michael Young
Vice President Business Development
Over 27 years of experience in the satellite communications Industry as a Director for Commercial and Government Programs and Vice President of Business Development for medium to large companies such as, General Dynamics, Ultra Intelligence & Communications, Envistacom, TrustComm, Harris CapRock. Michael also served over 17 years in the US Army and culminated his career assigned to Joint Special Operations Command.
Richard LePage
Business Development Director, USG
Over 29 years of experience with military communications systems, 16-years focused on satellite communications solutions and R&D for US Special Operation. Has held various positions in industry including Technical Program Manager, Director of Business Development Special Operations, Senior Business Development Account Manager SOF & IC, and Director USG Business Development for medium to large companies such as, Envistacom, and Ultra Intelligence & Communications. Richard also retired from the US Army with more than 21 years of service and culminated his career assigned to Joint Special Operations Command.
Scott McCobb
Commercial Director Aviation
Over 18 years of experience delivering results and providing solutions and support to customers. Scott has held various positions in the industry such as a Subject Matter Expert, Program Manager, and Senior Program Manager. Scott has led numerous teams in different market segments from defense contacts to the private sector, and most recently the commercial and business aviation sector. Over the last 6 years, Scott has delivered multi-million dollar SATCOM solutions to an assortment of customers globally. Scott also is a veteran of the US Air Force who served as an enlisted Tactical Air Control Party Airman.

David Adams
Project Engineering Director and Head of Antenna Engineering
Over 37 plus years of experience in antenna design and programme management in industrial antenna R&D and related RF fields. Has held various Engineering and Management positions at GEC, Nortel, Ace Antennas and e2V (now Teledyne).
Andy Anderson
Director of Research
Over 17 years of experience in radar and AESA development, and 20 years + in satcom and phased array antennas. Has held various titles such as Senior Payload Manager, Director of Systems, and Chief Engineer at companies such as Raytheon, AirBus, Intelsat, All.Space, Airborne Communications, and Leonardo.
Simon Cushin
Hardware Director
Over 30 years of experience in full life cycle product development for leading-edge, enterprise-grade computer networking equipment in large corporate and early-stage start-up environments, with extensive experience in high-volume manufacturing, consumer electronics and fabless-semiconductor and satcom companies. Has held various Engineering positions at companies such as VeeBeam, Staccato Communications/Artimi, 3Com and BICC Data Networks

Satcom Integration Director
Over 30 years of experience in civil and military VSAT communications. Held positions across systems engineering, project management, operations, technical business development, at companies such as British Telecom, Hughes Network Systems, Paradigm and Astrium.
Konstantinos Kontotheodorou
IT Director
Over 20 years of experience within the IT industry and strategic management, Kostas is responsible for strategic planning, infrastructure management, security and compliance. Has held both technical and management positions in various companies such as Phasor Solutions, Ezis and Lionbridge.
Fiona Wilson
Project Engineering Director and Head of Systems
Over 30 years of experience in designing systems, primarily in antenna array processing and digital signal processing applications, technical strategy and product evolution planning, and is an inventor of thirty-one US-granted patents. Has held positions at companies such as Nortel and Ace Axis.
