We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Programme Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs within our organization. The Programme Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects and ensuring they align with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
As a Programme Manager, you will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive and design innovative products. In this role, you will be responsible for the program plan/schedule and manage program execution, including:
- Develop and maintain an overall program plan, including project scopes, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and prioritize project activities, resources, and budgets to ensure successful program execution.
- Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely reporting of program status, risks, and issues.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and issues, proactively resolving conflicts and obstacles to maintain project momentum.
- Monitor and track program performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project governance processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies, promote collaboration, and drive alignment across projects.
- Conduct regular program reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging creativity and new approaches to enhance program outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to program management, and apply them as appropriate.

Essential qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent work experience is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager or in a similar senior project management role.
- Strong knowledge of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and achieving project goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are desirable but not mandatory.
Desirable
- Experience in Hardware and software development operations (PMO) or Release/Program Management within a hardware company
- Experience in the management of Satcoms or Airborne related business
- Experience in external relations with Stakeholders and sub-co’s
- Strong degree of knowledge with legal compliance and contract management
- Ability to work with the procurement team in order to develop a full interdependencies matrix with progress reporting
- Experience with managing the Infrastructure aspects of projects
