We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join the team in our London office. The successful candidate will be a lead technical member of our in-house IT department. They will be responsible for deployment, maintenance and management of all aspects of the IT infrastructure which includes workstations, servers, networking devices and security appliances.
Additionally, the IT Systems Administrator will provide technical support to end users for various ECAD and scientific applications.

Technical responsibilities
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (Client and Server) including builds, upgrades and maintenance.
- Extensive experience with VMware
- Experience working with Microsoft office365.
- Deploying, upgrading, maintaining IT systems and services.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Work to ensure compliance to maintain Security standards such as ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials on all systems.
- Maintain IT assets inventory
Organisational responsibilities
- Manage and resolve tickets by providing technical support to end users.
- Deployment, maintenance and monitoring of IT infrastructure across, company’s offices and datacentre co-location.

This role involves having access to information which is controlled under U.S. export regulations (EAR/ITAR). A separate check will need to be completed prior to employment offer.
