We have an exciting opportunity in our ASIC layout team develop next generation beamformer ICs for SATCOM applications. As a successful candidate, you will have degree in electronics/electrical engineering or equivalent degree with passion for electronics, more specifically, Passive Networks, Electronics Devices & Digital Electronics.
Location: Cambridge
Technical responsibilities
- Device level layout design for RF & analog blocks like Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA), Power Amplifiers (PA), Variable Gain Amplifiers (VGA), Bandgap, LDO.
- Work with design engineers and layout lead to create optimal floorplan.
- Support design engineers in post-layout simulation & debug.

- Follow good engineering practices including processes, documentation, tools & automation.
- Flag issues in a timely manner so project milestones remain on schedule.
Essential qualifications and skills
- An Engineering degree in a relevant discipline
- Knowledge of Passive Networks, Electronics Devices & Digital Electronics
Desirable
- Knowledge of Perl/Python/SKILL
- Knowledge of CMOS IC Fabrication Process
